Rules for using the SURGE website, store, and digital services.

By using the SURGE website, Discord link flow, checkout, or related digital services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.
To complete account linking, you must actively accept these Terms in the link flow. We keep a consent timestamp and version so we can show what terms were accepted at the time of linking.
SURGE sells digital items and server-related perks, including ranks, bundles, queue skips, and other in-game benefits. These are digital services or digital goods and do not involve shipment of physical products.
Real crate spins require crate keys and consume one key per spin. Keys may be earned through playtime milestones or purchased through the store. Crate outcomes are digital rewards only and are not redeemable for cash.
Real crate spins always return a reward. The minimum reward is currently 10 gems. We publish rarity weighting on the crates page and may rebalance reward pools, item availability, and weight values at any time for gameplay, fairness, or compliance reasons.
You must provide accurate information at checkout, including your player name and Discord account details where required. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect names, IDs, usernames, or other information submitted by you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC on SURGE servers. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to process your payment for the displayed amount and currency, and your payment is also subject to Stripe's services and policies.
For account security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and faster support, we may keep limited operational data such as Discord ID, username, avatar URL, purchase logs, checkout/session IDs, timestamps, linked IGN, IP addresses, and consent records. We only keep data reasonably required to operate and protect the service.
Most products are intended for near-instant or prompt digital delivery after successful payment. Delivery may depend on server availability, Discord connectivity, RCON access, or anti-fraud review. Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund if the purchase can still be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
Queue skip products, ranks, and bundles provide access or perks only within the SURGE ecosystem and only while the relevant server, feature, or game integration remains available. We may update how these benefits are implemented to maintain stability, fairness, or compliance.
Your purchase is also subject to our Refund Policy. Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us through Discord support so we can review the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension from our services.
You may not use the website or services to abuse payment systems, evade bans, exploit delivery systems, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access where misuse, fraud, or abuse is reasonably suspected.
We may update products, prices, availability, perks, and bundle composition at any time before purchase. Changes do not affect already completed orders except where a product must be adjusted to fix a technical or security issue.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, game servers, Discord integrations, or third-party services. Features may be unavailable due to outages, maintenance, platform restrictions, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights under applicable law, including rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Real crate spins always consume 1 key and always return a digital reward. The minimum reward is 10 gems credited to your linked account, and reward delivery requires a linked Discord account so the result can be logged safely.
Published odds for the current reward pool are: Minimum 10 Gems 55%, Common 20%, Uncommon 15%, Rare 10%, Epic 1%, Legendary 0.05%, and Mythical 0.0005%.
Crate outcomes are digital rewards only and have no cash redemption value. We may adjust reward pools, item availability, or rarity weights for gameplay balance, operational reasons, fraud prevention, or compliance. If a reward is claimable, it will appear in your pending rewards until you claim or dismiss it.
This crate system is designed for entertainment and server progression only. It does not create cash-equivalent value, and it should only be used where local laws, platform rules, and payment provider policies allow it.
